Excessive Chargebacks. At any point, Payrix, the Card Networks, or our payment processors may determine that you are incurring excessive Chargebacks. Card Networks typically consider Chargeback volume approaching 1% of your total processing volume to be excessive, although the level at which you are considered to have excessive Chargebacks may be more or less than that. Excessive Chargebacks may result in additional fees, penalties, or fines. Excessive Chargebacks may also result in I. additional controls and restrictions put on your use of Payrix Payments, including without limitation a. changes to the terms of your Reserve Account
