Excess Protection. Excess Protection (EXP): If Renter selects EXP, Owner will reduce, subject to the conditions in Clause 9, Renter's responsibility for any loss caused by damage to, or theft of or loss of the Vehicle to the reduced excess indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary, or, if no reduced damage/theft excess is indicated, the first £250 every time the Vehicle is damaged, stolen or lost.

Excess Protection. (EXP): If Renter selects EXP on the Rental Agreement Summary and has accepted DW on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner will reduce Renter's responsibility for any loss caused by damage to, theft or loss of the Vehicle to the excess amount indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary. If no excesses are indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary, Renter is still responsible for rentals originating in the UK for the first £700 and for rentals originating in Ireland for the first €500 every time the Vehicle is damaged or stolen or lost. If Renter selects EXP and DW has not been selected, Renter remains responsible, for rentals originating in the UK, for all losses above £900, and for all rentals originating in Ireland, above €700 in all cases up to the full market value of the Vehicle every time the Vehicle is damaged or stolen or lost. Xxxxxx agrees that EXP does not exempt Renter from liability for theft/loss of an electric vehicle’s charging cable if not supported by a police crime reference or damage caused by: the use of incorrect fuel; any breach of section 3, 4 and 5 of this Rental Agreement or if Renter failed to take all reasonable measures to secure the Vehicle or the keys or any other device which unlocks the Vehicle and/or enables the Vehicle to be started.

Exclusions: EP does not exempt Renter from liability caused by: any loss caused by theft/loss of an electric vehicle’s charging cable if not supported by a police crime reference ; damage to, tyres; lost, stolen or broken keys, key rings, optional accessories (including but not limited to not limited to child seats, global positioning systems, ski racks, toll devices and/or other products accepted by Renter); damages caused by the use of incorrect fuel; damages caused by any breach of section 3 or 4 of the Rental Agreement (unless such breach is excused under applicable law); or in case of non-payment of the Rental Costs.

Such increases shall be recognized as incumbent specific. Wage protection applies to:  additional straight-time hours worked by a regular full-time and regular part-time employee as per Clause 14.2(e) (Hours of Work) in their classification;  overtime hours in the employee's classification;  statutory holidays/annual vacation pay/sick leave; and  assignment of regular hours as per Clause 24.1(c) (Job Postings) in the employee's classification. Wage protection rates do not apply to:  additional straight-time hours worked by a regular full-time and regular part-time employee as per Clause 14.2(e) (Hours of Work) in a classification other than the employee's own. In such circumstances, they will be paid at Step 4 of the classification in which the employee is working. An employee will lose their wage protection (status) rates:  if they post to a different classification prior to April 1, 2013;  when they are demoted by the Employer as a result of disciplinary action;  when regular employees achieve a casual position except where it is a temporary assignment directed by the Employer;  when they bump under layoff provisions into a different job family or into a different grid level.

  • System Protection To prevent compromise of systems which contain DSHS Data or through which that Data passes:

  • Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.

  • Wetlands Protection Xxxxxxxx requiring protection under Executive Order 11990 are shown on Sale Area Map. Vehicular or skidding equipment shall not be used in such wetlands, except where roads, landings, and tractor roads are approved under B5.1 or B6.422.
