EXCESS MAINTENANCE Sample Clauses

EXCESS MAINTENANCE. The Company shall be liable to the Township for the Excess Maintenance and/or repair of any Bonded Roadway not adequately maintained by the Company as provided herein or damaged as the result of the Company’s use of the Bonded Roadway. The Company’s liabilities shall extend to the cost of labor, materials and time which may be needed to adequately maintain, repair or replace the Bonded Roadway or any portion thereof requiring Excess Maintenance hereunder.
