Common use of EXCESS GARBAGE Clause in Contracts

EXCESS GARBAGE. If a trash receptacle is provided by the Landlord it is to be used for household garbage only. Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for any charges for excess garbage, electronics, and or large items that require additional charges.
