Excess Electrical Usage. The consumption of electricity, including lighting, but excluding HVAC, in excess of five (5) ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot for any portion of the Demised Premises shall be deemed excessive. Additionally, any individual piece of electrically operated machinery or equipment having a name plate rating in excess of two (2) kilowatts shall also be deemed as requiring excess electric current.
Excess Electrical Usage. The monthly rent paid in Paragraph 6 and 6.a. includes a $175.00 monthly charge for Lessee's anticipated excess usage of electricity above and beyond normal building standard (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excepting holidays). The sidewalks, halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed by any of the Lessees or used by them for any purpose other than for ingress and egress from their respective Premises. 3. Lessee to be responsible for any new locks and keys to the Premises. 4. The toilet rooms, urinals, wash bowls and other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constricted and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein and the expense of any breakage, stoppage, or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Lessee who, or whose employees or invitees shall have caused it. 5. Lessee shall not overload the floor of the Premises or in any way deface the Premises or any part thereof....

Excess Electrical Usage. Tenant’s use of electrical service shall not exceed, either in voltage or rated capacity, that which Landlord reasonably deems to be standard for the Building. If Tenant requests permission to consume excess electrical service, Landlord may refuse to consent if such excess electrical service is not available at the Building or may condition consent upon conditions that Landlord reasonably elects (including, without limitation, the installation of utility service upgrades, to the extent permitted by Law, the installation and maintenance costs of which shall be paid for by Tenant). Landlord shall have the right to separately meter electrical usage for the Premises and to measure electrical usage by survey or other commonly accepted methods.
Excess Electrical Usage. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent the cost of any electricity consumed by Tenant in excess of an average of five ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of approximate rentable area of the Premises. Upon determining Tenant's regular requirement of electricity in excess of an average of five ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of approximate rentable area of the Premises per month Landlord shall have the right to install a separate meter serving the Premises to measure Tenant's additional electrical consumption. Such meter shall be installed, maintained and read by Landlord. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent the cost and expense of installation, maintenance, and reading of such meter.
Excess Electrical Usage. Sublessee shall pay RKMC for any electrical ----------------------- use in excess of that required for normal office use in the Building, as provided in the portions of paragraph 8(i) of the Master Lease that are incorporated herein.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Word Usage Words used in the masculine shall apply to the feminine where applicable, and wherever the context of this Agreement dictates, the plural shall be read as the singular and the singular as the plural.

  • Equipment Usage Equipment provided by Sauk County Department of Human Services is the property of Sauk County Department of Human Services. Upon termination of the Contractors employee using the equipment, or termination of the contract between Sauk County DHS and the said Contractor, the equipment must be returned within (5) five working days. If the equipment is damaged or not returned, the Contractor will be held responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment. Sauk County may withhold from future payments the replacement cost of the said equipment or take any other necessary action.

  • REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.
