Excess E1ectrical Usage. The consumption of electricity, including lighting, in excess of five (5) watt▇ ▇▇▇ square foot for any portion of the Demised Premises shall be deemed excessive. Additionally, any individual piece of electrically operated machinery or equipment having a name plate rating in excess of two (2) kilowatts shall also be deemed as requiring excess electric current.
