Excess Available U.S. Cash. If the aggregate amount of Available U.S. Cash exceeds $25,000,000 as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, then within five (5) Business Days after the last day of such Fiscal Quarter the Borrower shall prepay outstanding Revolving Loans and/or Swingline Loans and/or Cash Collateralize Letter of Credit Obligations in an aggregate amount equal to the lesser of (x) the amount by which such Available U.S. Cash exceeds $25,000,000 as of the last day of such Fiscal Quarter, and (y) the aggregate principal amount of Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans and Letter of Credit Obligations then outstanding; provided no Letter of Credit Obligations will be required to be Cash Collateralized pursuant to this Section 2.11(c)(vii) if, immediately after giving effect to any prepayment required pursuant to this Section 2.11(c)(vii), any Revolving Loans and/or Swingline Loans remain outstanding.
