Exception for COBRA Sample Clauses

Exception for COBRA. If a Participant, or spouse or dependent of a Participant becomes eligible for continuation coverage under a group health plan of the Employer as provided in Section 4980B of the Code or any similar state law, the Plan shall permit an election to increase payments under the Plan in order to pay for the continuation coverage.
