EXCEPTION DOCUMENTS. Landlord represents and warrants and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, as of the Commencement Date, this Lease and Tenant’s use of the Premises is subject to the “Exception Documents” set forth on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
