Except for the Test. Unit for which Greensteam will pay all costs associated with the design, Installation, construction and commissioning of all steam lines and facilities, each Party shall be responsible for and shall bear all costs associated with the design, Installation, construction and commissioning of their respective steam lines and facilities by the first Steam Production Commencement Date. Each Party shall be responsible for and bear all costs for the operation and maintenance of their respective Steam lines and facilities.
