Except for CARRIER’s liability under Par 1.E, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and regardless of whether the Parties insurance as referred to in sub par i) above, is valid or provides coverage, the Parties indemnity obligations shall not exceed the monetary insurance limits referred to in sub par i).
