Common use of Examination support Clause in Contracts

Examination support. (1) Party B shall provide Party A with student file template and timely feedback or explanation regarding problems on filling in and submitting student files in the authorized content distribution. (2) Party B shall provide examination questions and inspectors when the students of Party A take certification exam. (3) Party B shall provide all the results of written graduation exam, prepare and issue graduation transcript, and prepare and issue certificates to qualified students after the certification exam.
