Examination of Terms and Conditions; Technical Evaluation. i) The Procuring Agency shall examine the Bid to confirm that all terms and conditions specified in the GCC and the SCC have been accepted by the Bidder without any material deviation or reservation. ii) The Procuring Agency shall evaluate the technical aspects of the Bid submitted to confirm that all requirements specified in Section VII – Schedule of Requirements & Evaluation Criteria as provided in BDS, have been met without material deviation or reservation. iii) If after the examination of the terms and conditions and the technical evaluation, the Procuring Agency determines that the Bid is not responsive in accordance, it shall reject the Bid. 2.5.6.
