Exam Processing Fees. Students are required to pay an Exam Processing Fee of $100 for each course. The Exam Processing Fee for each course must be paid by the conclusion of the final exam period each term. If a student takes the final exam and the Exam Processing Fee is not paid by the end of term, a financial hold will be placed on the student’s file. In this event, the student will not be permitted to register or continue taking courses until all outstanding payments are made and the hold removed. Students are encouraged to plan, anticipate, and budget for all Exam Processing Fee payments to avoid interruption of their academic schedule. The Exam Processing Fee is not refundable for students who take the exam. Students who drop or withdraw from a course within the required deadline are not required to pay the Exam Processing Fee. In addition, students who paid an Exam Processing Fee but did not take the exam will be awarded a refund upon request; the request must be made in writing to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx, within 30 days of the end of the Exam Period.

  • Payment Processing Citizens may require any other information from Vendor that Citizens deems necessary to verify any compensation request placed under this Agreement and Vendor agrees that it will provide such information as reasonably requested by Citizens. Payment shall be due net thirty (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of a complete and undisputed invoice. Where a submitted invoice is incomplete, such as not containing the information described in this Section, Citizens will return the incomplete invoice to Vendor for correction within thirty (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of such invoice. Where Citizens reasonably disputes any part of a complete invoice, such as the amount of the compensation request, Citizens shall pay any undisputed portion of the invoiced amount within (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of the complete invoice and will describe the basis for the disputed portion of the invoiced amount. Where Vendor disagrees with Citizens dispute of any invoice, the Parties shall seek to resolve the dispute in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Process further described in this Agreement. In no case shall Citizens be subject to late payment interest charges where Vendor has submitted an incomplete invoice or where Citizens has reasonably disputed an invoice. Where Vendor fails to submit an invoice within twelve (12) calendar months of the Services for which compensation is being requested, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that any payment due for such Services is forfeited by Vendor for its failure to timely submit an invoice.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account.   • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
