The Borrower’s name in which it has executed this Security Agreement is the exact name as it appears in the Borrower’s organizational documents, as amended, as filed with the Borrower’s jurisdiction of organization. The Borrower has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name, or been a party to any merger or consolidation, or been a party to any acquisition.
