EVV Claims Validation. The MCOP shall inform providers of the outcome of the claim validation review for each claim line. The MCOP claim adjudication system shall be flexible to allow the ability to deny payment, as directed by ▇▇▇, for EVV claim lines during validation. The MCOP Remittance Advice (RA) and/or the 835 transaction (via the Remittance Advice Remark Code (RARC) and Claim Adjustment Reason Code (CARC)) must be used to communicate success or no success of claim line validations.
