Evoswitch will invoice Sample Clauses

Evoswitch will invoice. (i) setup charges, Service activation charges and any other non-recurring Service Charges, upon the RFS Date; and (ii) all recurring Service Charges as of the RFS Date, and monthly in advance thereafter, with the exception of Services Charges for use of Services above the agreed levels of Service which will be invoiced monthly in arrears.
