Common use of Evolutionary Clause Clause in Contracts

Evolutionary Clause. The Joint Committee shall review on an annual basis the results of the co- operation referred to in Article 27 and, if appropriate, recommend, following its rules of procedure, the launching of negotiations with the aim to achieve progressively a high level of liberalization in accordance with Article V of GATS. The commitments undertaken further to such negotiations shall be set out in schedules forming an integral part of this Agreement.
