Seller shall indicate on its computer records that each Purchased Mortgage Loan has been included in the Purchased Assets and, at the request of Buyer, place on each of its written records pertaining to the Purchased Mortgage Loans a legend, in form and content satisfactory to Buyer, indicating that such Purchased Mortgage Loan has been sold to Buyer.
