Events Covered. Indemnification under Section 3.1 and/or 3.2 of this Agreement shall be available to Indemnitee regardless of whether the Covered Event that gives rise to the Claim for which Indemnitee seeks indemnification arose prior to, on or after the date of this Agreement.
