Events Constituting Assignment. Each of the following events will be deemed to be an assignment of this Lease and will require the prior written consent of Landlord in compliance with this Article 16 (including the delivery of a Tenant’s Notice): (a) any assignment or transfer of this Lease by operation of law; (b) any hypothecation, pledge, or collateral assignment of this Lease; and (c) any involuntary assignment or transfer of this Lease in connection with bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership, or similar proceeding.
