Events Causing Cancellation. Notwithstanding any provisions of the Act, the Company shall be dissolved and its affairs shall be wound up only upon the earliest to occur of the following events: (a) The written consent of the Member; or (b) Entry of a decree of judicial dissolution pursuant to the Act.
