Events Beyond Our Control. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation (excluding payment) under this Agreement if the failure or delay is caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer systems, strikes, walk-outs and other industrial disputes.
