Events Affecting Information in the Official Statement. Any event shall have occurred, or information shall have become known, which makes untrue in any materially adverse respect any statement or information contained in the Official Statement (other than the information under the section entitled “UNDERWRITING”), or has the effect that the Official Statement as originally circulated contains an untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading and, in either such event, the Issuer refuses to permit the Official Statement to be supplemented and supply such statement or information, or the effect of the Official Statement as so supplemented is to materially adversely affect the market price of or market for the Bonds or the ability of the Underwriters to enforce contracts for sale of the Bonds;
