Event Types. These facilities are available for organizations that support Mississippi State University and its mission. A signed and, approved use agreement is required for the use of any facilities to which this document applies. The use of any of these facilities requires that the organizations facilitator sign the agreement and is in attendance during the duration of the event.

Event Types. The Chemung Valley History Museum is a beautiful and historic setting. It is the perfect place for a broad range of events including: receptions, dinners, luncheons, small professional conferences, lectures, business recognition events, educational experiences, seminars, cultural events, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, small concerts, and seasonal celebrations. The CCHS does not host: wedding events (ceremonies, receptions, or rehearsals), political or religious events or fundraisers, or overnight/sleep-over functions at the Chemung Valley History Museum. The Xxxxxxxx Chapel in Odessa, NY, a facility of the Chemung County Historical Society, is available for rental for weddings. FEE SCHEDULE: The fee for rental of the CCHS facilities shall be: Non-members Members & non-profit organizations Education Room $75.00 $50.00 Xxxxxx Gallery and extension $50.00 $25.00 Barn Gallery $75.00 $50.00 Entire First Floor $175.00 $125.00 Prices listed are for a 4 hour period. Additional time can be purchased in one hour increments based on the average of the 1st 4 hours. Prices include the full-time presence of one CCHS staff member. Audio/visual equipment and guided tours are available for an additional fee of $50.00 and $25.00 respectively. Guided tours must be arranged in advance of the Event. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Bank Gallery.
Event Types. Spill and transboundary flow event types are defined and categorized as set forth below. Event types do not include discharges to the Pacific Ocean at Discharge Point No. 001, discharges of waste from the Facility specifically regulated by this Order, or discharges determined by the San Diego Water Board to be sufficiently regulated by other waste discharge requirements or waivers thereof. “

  • Events If either Party hereto is at any time either during this Agreement or thereafter prevented or delayed in complying with any provisions of this Agreement by reason of strikes, walk-outs, labour shortages, power shortages, fires, wars, acts of God, earthquakes, storms, floods, explosions, accidents, protests or demonstrations by environmental lobbyists or native rights groups, delays in transportation, breakdown of machinery, inability to obtain necessary materials in the open market, unavailability of equipment, governmental regulations restricting normal operations, shipping delays or any other reason or reasons beyond the control of that Party, then the time limited for the performance by that Party of its respective obligations hereunder shall be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period of each such prevention or delay.
