Event Support Services Sample Clauses
Event Support Services i. Subject to an additional fee by contacting ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, PubNub will provide Event Support Services (minimum 2 hours per event).
ii. The Customer must provide written notice to PubNub a minimum of at least ten (10) business days prior to the event. If a Customer does not provide the minimum notice for events, PubNub may in its sole discretion not guarantee the Service Level Agreement and response time. Support includes live monitoring of the event.
iii. If applicable, Customer must provide PubNub with access to the Customer Software (if applicable) and suitable instructions for usage to PubNub at least ten (10) business days prior to the event.
Event Support Services. The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for events sponsored by County or non- County individuals or groups that require additional staffing and cleaning services beyond the scope of this contract. Charges for these services will be paid to the Contractor at the hourly Special Event Service rate per the Bid Response Form. Ending time for event services may extend beyond 11:00 PM. The Contractor shall not perform services without a County issued delivery order in place.
