For use of area outside the property gate, you must contact the Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Brownsville (▇▇▇)▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ 9. All music with speaker units must stop at 12 midnight. Speaker units set up outside should be kept at a reasonable sound level and comply with city ordinances. 10. Children must be supervised so as to protect the art works, furniture and exhibits on display. Lessee is responsible for any damage. 11. The property must be left in the condition in which it was rented. All of the Lessee’s personal property should be removed when the premises are vacated. 12. The BHA rents its facility only. The use of cleaning products and any other house supplies are not provided to Lessees. The use of any of these items without permission is strictly forbidden and will result in the holding of the deposit.
EVENT SECURITY. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenant to provide adequate security for their event and to protect the assets and Members of Lake Wallkill Community INC. The use and consumption of Alcoholic Beverages increases the risk of adverse outcomes at the event. Tenant/Members are encouraged to plan for the security that is appropriate for the size and scale of their event. Should they determine they need assistance with security Lake Wallkill can put them in contact with our contracted security company who is knowledgeable of Lake Wallkill and the Tenant / Member can work directly with the security company to arrange appropriate security at their expense.
EVENT SECURITY. The Standard Security Guidelines are as follows: • Any rental function serving alcohol will be required to have a minimum of one (1) uniformed law enforcement officer on duty per 50 guests. • Additional security officer requirements are at the sole discretion of the MUD Boards. • All rental functions serving alcohol must adhere to the state law minimum drinking age of 21 years old for all guests and anyone serving alcohol must also be 21 years of age or older. • Any event in which monies are changing hands (fundraising, etc.) will be required to have a minimum of one (1) uniformed law enforcement officer on duty. The hired security officer must be a licensed peace officer in the State of Texas, as either a constable of Fort Bend County or Fort Bend County Sheriff, and arrangements for the security officer will be made by the Districts representative. Any hired security officer will be hired for a minimum of 3 hours, the minimum rental period for building use. Law enforcement officers will have full authority to enforce the provisions of this Rental Agreement, and any and all applicable laws. Any law enforcement officers required under this Agreement shall be in attendance for the duration of the event, beginning 30 minutes prior to the designated start time and through the designated end time, all as specified in the application. The fee amount for officers (per hour per officer) will be determined during the reservation process. If the Applicant goes beyond the scheduled end time, the Applicant will be responsible for the additional costs incurred for uniformed law enforcement officers. The MUD Boards have the right to require additional law enforcement officers or require additional security measures beyond those set forth herein as the MUD Boards deem necessary in their sole discretion, to be paid for by the Applicant. Such additional security may be required based on the size of the group, average age of the group, nature of the event and activities, hours and duration of the event, presence of alcoholic beverages, live entertainment and past experience with a group. If additional uniformed law enforcement officers are called out due to a disturbance, Applicant will be charged for the extra officers at a rate equal to one and one-half (1 ½) times their regular hourly rate with a three-hour minimum cost. EVENT SECURITY. While the Venue may provide perimeter security for the Event area during the Event, it is under no obligation to do so, and any security provided by the Venue may be discontinued at any time. Whether or not such security is provided, Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the protection of its property and its confidential and proprietary information, and for obtaining insurance with respect thereto. NCDS shall have no obligation to provide security services and makes no representation or warranty whatsoever and disclaims all liability with respect to security of the premises or Exhibitor’s goods or equipment. Exhibitor hereby releases and holds NCDS harmless with respect to the same.
EVENT SECURITY. The White Mountain Bike Rally will provide security in the event areas during the event. Security will not be allowed to enter a vendor’s area. Vendors will be responsible for their area and items in those areas. We will provide security Friday and Saturday evening (all night) as well.
EVENT SECURITY. THE ORGANIZER will provide the customary security during the exhibition hours established in the Exhibitor’s Manual. However THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage to property and/or staff suffered by THE EXHIBITOR. It is forbidden for THE EXHIBITOR to use inflammable decorations. All textiles and materials used to decorate the STAND must be treated with fire-proofing material and will comply with anti-fire regulations. Internal combustion engine usage must be authorized by THE ORGANIZER.

Some events will require security to be provided for crowd control. Law Enforcement may be required, depending on the size and nature of the event. You will be notified if your event is one of these. EVENT SECURITY. CITY shall supply all required security at the level deemed required by the DIRECTOR. The DIRECTOR reserves the right to increase amounts for security, City of Portland Police or Fire Officers and fire alarm monitors, if he/she deems it necessary to protect public safety.

The Partnership will permit and the District will utilize the Partnership's security and crowd control administrative personnel for the District's Non-Baseball Events.
