EVENT SECURITY. WCYF will book uniformed licensed peace officers for the event at the Lessees’ expense. The Lessee must pay for the security at the time the hall is paid for. Security payment will be paid in cash.

EVENT SECURITY. THE ORGANIZER will provide the customary security during the exhibition hours established in the Exhibitor’s Manual. However THE ORGANIZER will not be responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage to property and/or staff suffered by THE EXHIBITOR. It is forbidden for THE EXHIBITOR to use inflammable decorations. All textiles and materials used to decorate the STAND must be treated with fire-proofing material and will comply with anti-fire regulations. Internal combustion engine usage must be authorized by THE ORGANIZER.
EVENT SECURITY. The White Mountain Bike Rally will provide security in the event areas during the event. Security will not be allowed to enter a vendor’s area. Vendors will be responsible for their area and items in those areas. We will provide security Friday and Saturday evening (all night) as well.
EVENT SECURITY. UCC may require an on-duty Public Safety or Law Enforcement officer for the duration of event to be paid for by CUSTOMER. Some events will require security to be provided for crowd control. Law Enforcement may be required, depending on the size and nature of the event. You will be notified if your event is one of these. EVENT SECURITY. Licensee shall at its cost provide security personnel in such a number and of such a nature as shall be sufficient to adequately secure the Licensed Premises at all times during the Event, including move-in and move-out, as shall be approved in advance in writing by Operator. Such personnel may be provided, at Licensee’s option, by Operator or by licensed outside contractors selected by Licensee and approved by Operator. The cost of personnel provided by Operator shall be in accordance with the rates in Operator’s then-current services cost schedule or otherwise agreed in writing by authorized representatives of Operator and Licensee. Operator shall reserve the right to approve the final security plan for the Event, and to determine the number of security personnel required for the Event.
EVENT SECURITY. The Successful Proposer shall employ a staff of competent and trained personnel to provide fully equipped, highly qualified, security personnel to ensure a safe and lawful environment for those who attend Arie Crown Theater and Wintrust Arena Events. Security personnel will provide the inner security perimeter of a multi− perimeter security plan for the facility on both dark and event days. Contractor must have a proven record of working with multiple agencies (private, City, State and Federal) in successfully executing a multi−layered security plan. Visitors to Arie Crown Theater Wintrust Arena include the general public, entertainers, collegiate, high school and professional athletes, coaching staffs, stagehands, teamsters, caterers, ushers and support personnel, among others. Contractor’s general duties shall include, but are not limited to: • Protect and ensure the safety of individuals at the Arie Crown Theater and Wintrust Arena • Patrol all areas of property ensuring a visible presence to discourage or prohibit unauthorized entry into secure areas • Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic in and out of the loading dock doors and ramp, staff entrance as required • Protect persons and property within the facilities during all Events • Maintain a working knowledge of facilities, evacuation procedures and emergency exits and assist with the safe evacuation of facility when required • Have a proven record of developing and implementing written Standard Operating Procedures covering a large variety of security related polices on both event and non−event days, including training of staff. For example: responding to medical emergencies, bomb threats, severe weather, fires, hazardous spills, floods, non−game day deliveries, pre−event lock downs, use of magnetometers and other emergencies • Must notify other responsible security parties and the appropriate law enforcement agency immediately of any unlawful activity • Work with any law enforcement agency responding to Arie Crown Theater and Wintrust Arena • Have adequate properly trained and seasoned supervisory staff to meet the supervisor to staff ratio set forth by SMG Director of Security and/or the MPEA Chief Security Officer. Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the management of the Arena and Theater and XxXxxxxxx Place Security Personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation. EVENT SECURITY. The Licensee is responsible for complete security of the Site. All security arrangements are subject to approval by the City and the Deputy City Marshals Unit of the Department of Detention and Enforcement. No later than 21 days prior to the date of the Event, the City and the Licensee will meet to discuss the security requirements for the Event. As a result to that meeting, the City will determine whether the security will be provided an independent security company or by the Deputy City Field Marshals Unit of the City. If the security is to be provided by the Deputy City Field Marshals Unit, a cost estimate for such security will be provided to the Licensee, which shall be paid to the City within five (5) days of the receipt thereof. If the security is to be provided by an independent security company, the Licensee will be responsible for contracting for the services of such company. The number of required security personnel will be determined by the City based on the anticipated attendance at the Event. The Licensee will be responsible for the conduct of all persons allowed entrance into the Event.

EVENT SECURITY. During the Term, the Operator shall be obligated to provide, at the Operator's expense, such security and crowd control personnel for the Baseball Facility as shall be required in the Operator's discretion for such purposes, consistent with procedures submitted to and approved by the Lessee. In addition, at all Special Events, the Operator will provide the Operator's security and crowd control personnel, and Gateway shall be required to utilize such personnel for supervision of security at Gateway Special Events. EVENT SECURITY. While the Venue may provide perimeter security for the Event area during the Event, it is under no obligation to do so, and any security provided by the Venue may be discontinued at any time. Whether or not such security is provided, Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the protection of its property and its confidential and proprietary information, and for obtaining insurance with respect thereto. NCDS shall have no obligation to provide security services and makes no representation or warranty whatsoever and disclaims all liability with respect to security of the premises or Exhibitor’s goods or equipment. Exhibitor hereby releases and holds NCDS harmless with respect to the same.
