Common use of Event Registration Clause in Contracts

Event Registration. IDA shall have sole control over all registration and admissions of persons. Complimentary sponsor registration(s) are for sponsoring company employees and are non-transferable. Exhibit staff badges are for the exhibiting company employees and are nontransferable. Exhibitor badges are available through May 30, 2025. Sponsors must register prior to July 8, 2025 for credentials to gain admittance and those registering after July 8, 2025 will be required to pay an additional administrative fee. All sponsors and exhibit staff must check in at IDA Registration, located in the conference facility. Preregistered sponsors and staff will receive badges upon check-in.
