The Event Program clause defines the schedule, content, and structure of an event as agreed upon by the parties. It typically outlines the timing of sessions, speakers, activities, and any special requirements or features included in the event. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of what will occur during the event, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the event's execution.
Event Program. The MEET DIRECTOR may, in its discretion and at its sole expense, develop a souvenir Event program and/or competition sheets. The MEET DIRECTOR shall be entitled to retain any and all revenues from the sale of, or advertising in, an Event program. The CORPORATION will assist the MEET DIRECTOR with the content of the Event program.

UANA Logo shall be prominently displayed on the cover A Message from the UANA President A Message from the Host City dignitaries List the UANA Executive Committee members and their country affilations List the UANA Technical Committee members and their country affilations List the Local Organizing Committee and their responsibilities UANA Office and Contact Information Other UANA Events A draft of the program should be sent to the Chairman of the UANA Technical Committee, Committee ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and UANA Secretary / Treasurer for approval.
Event Program. You acknowledge and agree that the Organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time.
