Common use of Event Planning Clause in Contracts

Event Planning. Cinema Ballroom provides an event coordinator to compile event notes, floor plan and rental order. Included in the rental fee is an initial planning meeting which may be before or after signing of contract and a final planning meeting which should be scheduled within thirty (30) days before event. Additional meetings may be scheduled for an additional fee.
