Common use of Event Planning Clause in Contracts

Event Planning. (a) In an effort to recognize the Program and its securement accomplishments, the Organization will maintain and share with NCC a three-month look-ahead calendar of proposed Formal Events, Informal Events and Other Events celebrating the Program and/or its accomplishments. The calendar will be shared with ECCC Communication staff at NCC’s and ECCC’s quarterly communications meetings.
