Common use of Event of Insolvency: Voluntary Clause in Contracts

Event of Insolvency: Voluntary. If Tenant or the Management Company shall file a voluntary petition in bankruptcy or shall be adjudicated a bankrupt or insolvent, or shall file any petition or answer seeking any reorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under the present or any future federal bankruptcy law or any other present or future federal, state or other bankruptcy or insolvency statute or law, or shall seek or consent to or acquiesce in the appointment of any bankruptcy or insolvency trustee, receiver or liquidator of Tenant or the Management Company for all or any substantial part of their property or of the Leased Premises, and if such condition shall continue for a period of ninety (90) days.
