Event Collaboration. As a condition for provision of the Funding Amount, the Foundation will conduct a 15 minute presentation on matters related to the Canada Learning Bond at the Event (“Foundation Presentation”). The Foundation will also share print materials with attendees promoting Canada Learning Bond (the “CLB”) or education savings. The Collaborator will take all reasonable steps to facilitate the Foundation Presentation. Further opportunities to collaborate on digital promotion of the CLB may be agreed to by the parties.
