EVB Cross-Connections Sample Clauses

EVB Cross-Connections. Tenant shall have the right to contract for three 10Gig cross connect waves between ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (“A”) and ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Z”). The waves will be routed on the optimal path between location “A” and “Z” with a diverse active secondary path available. The cost of the service to the Tenant will be at Landlord’s contract cost with provider. The term of this service will be coterminous with the lease and will require a minimum of 45 days to be ready for service (RFS).
