Evaluator Responsibilities. 17 1. The evaluator shall schedule an annual goal setting conference to meet and discuss the 18 employee's self-assessment and goal setting. 19 2. The evaluator shall schedule a minimum of two (2) formal Observation Cycles with all 20 employees assigned to the Comprehensive Evaluation Process and three (3) Observation 21 Cycles for third-year provisional employees. 22 3. The evaluator shall complete a post-conference within five (5) work days of each 23 observation. 24 4. No later than five (5) days prior to the last student attendance day of school, the evaluator 25 will complete the Comprehensive Evaluation Report. 26 5. Should the evaluator believe evidence may result in an overall Basic or Unsatisfactory, 27 the evaluator must inform the employee by May 1st. 28 6. The evaluator shall inform employee in writing of any criteria which may receive an 29 unsatisfactory based on evidence collected or lack of evidence. 31 Summative Comprehensive Performance Rating 33 A classroom teacher shall receive a summative comprehensive performance rating for each of 34 the eight (8) state evaluation criteria. The overall summative comprehensive score is determined 35 by totaling the eight (8) criterion-level scores as follows:
