Evaluator Reports. 1. The Evaluator will issue to DOJ and VPD a report annually detailing the progress in implementing the Agreement and achieving compliance with the Agreement. The reports will include: a. a description of the work conducted by the Evaluator during the reporting period; b. a listing of each requirement of this Agreement indicating, which requirements have been: (1) incorporated into policy; (2) the subject of sufficient training for all relevant VPD officers and employees; (3) reviewed or audited by the Evaluator to determine whether they have been fully implemented in actual practice, including the date of the review or audit; and (4) found by the Evaluator to have been fully implemented in practice;
