The Evaluation Task Force clause establishes a designated group responsible for assessing specific aspects of a project, contract, or process. This task force typically consists of representatives from relevant parties who are charged with reviewing performance, compliance, or outcomes according to agreed-upon criteria. Evaluation Task Force a. The parties agree to participate on a joint, on-going task force, the purpose of which is to review, recommend and have input into the evaluation model and evaluation criteria used in the evaluation of teacher performance.
b. The task force shall comprise two (2) teacher appointees from the Association and two (2) Principal or designate appointed by the Board.
c. The task force will set its own procedures and will meet as often as it determines appropriate. The task force will report to the Superintendent with its recommendations. The Superintendent will not unreasonably deny the recommendations of the task force.
Evaluation Task Force. The group of Educators appointed by the Association President, and Administrators appointed by the Superintendent who shall represent their respective organizations during the ongoing review process and the subsequent bargaining sessions that result from this process.
