Common use of Evaluation Support Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Support. The Government intends to use an unbiased, and conflict-free outside contractor, to assist in the evaluation of Quotations. The Contractor will have access to any and all information contained in their Quotation and will be subject to appropriate conflict of interest, standards of conduct, and confidentiality restrictions. Each evaluator will be required to sign an appropriate Conflict of Interest Acknowledgement and Nondisclosure Agreement prior to receiving any Quotations.
