Evaluation Sample Review. Prior to production, TONGSHI will furnish WORLDSPACE, free of cost, for its comment as to quality and appearance for purposes of Article 4.2.5.1, an evaluation sample of the final production prototype of each China WORLDSPACE PC Card and each China WORLDSPACE Receiver model and the final performance and test results with respect thereto, and no China WORLDSPACE PC Card or China WORLDSPACE Receiver will be sold by TONGSHI without WORLDSPACE’s prior written approval.
