Evaluation Placement. A classroom teacher shall be transferred from a focused evaluation to a comprehensive evaluation at the request of the teacher or the teacher's evaluator. Certificated support personnel shall be transferred from Alternative to Standard evaluation at the request of the teacher or the teacher's evaluator. Such requests must be received by October 15.
