Evaluation Input Clause Samples
Evaluation Input. DIR shall have a meaningful opportunity to provide information to Service Provider with respect to DIR's evaluation of the performance of the Service Provider Account Manager and the other Key Service Provider Personnel and such evaluation shall be reasonably considered by Service Provider in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals.
Evaluation Input. Kraft shall have a meaningful opportunity to provide information to Supplier with respect to Kraft’s evaluation of the performance of the Supplier Account Executive and the other Key Supplier Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered and accorded substantial weight by Supplier in establishing the [ * * * ] and [ * * * ] of such individuals.

TXU shall have an opportunity to conduct an annual review of the Vendor Account Executive and each of the other Key Vendor Personnel and an opportunity to provide meaningful information to Vendor with respect to TXU's evaluation of the performance of the Vendor Account Executive and the other Key Vendor Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered by Vendor in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals.
Evaluation Input. Oncor shall have an opportunity to conduct an annual review of the Vendor Account Executive and each of the other Key Vendor Personnel and an opportunity to provide meaningful information to Vendor with respect to Oncor's evaluation of the performance of the Vendor Account Executive and the other Key Vendor Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered by Vendor in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals.
Evaluation Input. Triad shall have a meaningful opportunity to provide information to Supplier with respect to Triad’s evaluation of the performance of the Supplier Account Executive and the other Key Supplier Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered by Supplier in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals. At Triad’s request, Supplier shall provide Triad confirmation of Supplier’s compliance with this Section 8.3.

Sears shall have a meaningful opportunity to provide information to CSC with respect to Sears’ evaluation of the performance of the CSC Account Executive and the other Key Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered and accorded substantial weight by CSC in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals.

Allegheny shall have a meaningful opportunity to provide information to Service Provider with respect to Allegheny’s evaluation of the performance of the Service Provider Account Manager and the other Key Service Provider Personnel and such evaluation shall be considered and accorded substantial weight by Service Provider in establishing the bonus and other compensation of such individuals.
