EVALUATION IMPACT Clause Samples

The Evaluation Impact clause defines how the results of an evaluation or assessment will affect the parties' rights, obligations, or the continuation of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for evaluation, the process for reviewing performance or deliverables, and the consequences if certain standards are not met—such as triggering remedial actions, adjustments to payment, or even contract termination. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for measuring performance and to specify the outcomes of that measurement, thereby reducing uncertainty and managing expectations for both parties.
