Common use of Evaluation File Clause in Contracts

Evaluation File. Each employee shall have the right to review evaluations contained in his/her evaluation file and to obtain materials that are placed in the employee’s personnel file and such employee responses shall become a part of said file. Any complaints directed toward an employee which are placed in his/her file shall be called to the employee’s attention in writing.
