Evaluation Activities and Interim Findings. The state shall include a summary of the progress of evaluation activities, including key milestones accomplished, as well as challenges encountered and how they were addressed. The state shall specify for CMS approval a set of performance and outcome metrics and network adequacy, including their specifications, reporting cycles, level of reporting (e.g., the state, health plan and provider level, and segmentation by population) to support rapid cycle assessment in trends for monitoring and evaluation of the demonstration.
Evaluation Activities and Interim Findings. Per 42 CFR §431.428, the Annual Monitoring Reports must document any results of the demonstration to date per the evaluation hypotheses as outlined in the Evaluation Design Framework incorporated in these STCs as "Attachment B." Additionally, the state shall include a summary of the progress of evaluation activities, including key milestones accomplished, as well as challenges encountered and how they were addressed.
