Evading and Avoiding. Engage in, or permit any of its Subsidiaries or any director, officer, employee, agent or other Person acting on behalf of the Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries in any capacity in connection with or directly benefitting from this Agreement to engage in, or to conspire to engage in, any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Sanctions.
