It is the intention of the parties hereto that this Agreement shall at all times qualify for the exemption from the provisions of Article 85 (1) for the exemption, the parties hereto agree that they will, as soon as it is practicable to do so, enter into good faith negotiations to amend this Agreement as necessary in order to re-qualify for the exemption or notify the Agreement.
