EU law execute and operate the Project and each individual Scheme in accordance with the relevant rules and standards of EU law directly applicable to the Borrower, the Promoter or the Final Beneficiary (as the case may be) and the Project or each individual Scheme (as the case may be), in particular in the fields of Environment (including climate change), safety, public procurement and state aid;
