EU Development Sample Clauses

EU Development. If Licensee decides, based on feedback received from the initial meeting with the EMEA, to materially revise the Development Plan with respect to Development of the Licensed Product in the EU and such revision would significantly negatively impact the timelines for the Development of the Licensed Product in the EU, then Anacor shall have the right to provide input on the proposed revisions by Licensee, which input shall be considered in good faith by Licensee. [***] If the Executive Officers are unable to reach consensus, then Licensee shall make the final determination in its sole discretion.
