Common use of Ethics and Compliance Clause in Contracts

Ethics and Compliance. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to behave in an ethical manner throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer strongly encourages Seller to maintain an ethics and compliance program modeled in accordance with the U.S. Sentencing Commission Guidelines, applicable guidance from enforcement authorities, and industry best practices.
