ETH Equivalent. If amounts in USD, BTC or any other Cryptocurrency are to be transferred by the Seller to a Token Holder, these amounts shall be converted into Ether at the Reference Rate (the "Ether Equivalent") and only the Ether Equivalent shall be transferred to the Seller, or the Tokenholder, respectively.
